What's New in ResetKit: Real Subscriptions, Plan Switching, and Better Delivery
We've been heads down shipping since launch. Here's what's new for anyone building on ResetKit right now.
Real subscription plans, not just a one-time checkout
Starter ($1/mo), Growth ($3/mo), and Agency ($9/mo) all run through real Stripe subscriptions now. That means:
- You can actually change plans. Upgrade or downgrade through the billing portal, and it takes effect properly, connection limits included.
- Failed payments don't go silent. If a card declines, we know about it on our end instead of your account quietly staying on a plan it isn't paying for.
- Cancellations are clean. Cancel and you drop back to trial limits immediately, no lingering access.
Crypto payments, if that's your thing
BTC, ETH, and SOL are all supported as an alternative to card payments. No middleman payment processor for crypto: transactions are verified directly against public blockchain data.
More reliable code delivery
Password reset codes, 2FA codes, and verification emails now have a real fallback path if our primary email provider has a bad moment. One provider going down for a few minutes shouldn't mean your users can't reset their password.
Mobile and tablet support that actually works
We found and fixed several real rendering bugs that caused horizontal overflow on phones and tablets, the kind of thing where you have to pinch-zoom out just to use the site. Signup, login, the dashboard, and the marketing pages have all been tested against real device widths now, not just resized desktop windows.
What's next
We're watching real usage closely as more people sign up, and prioritizing based on what actually breaks or gets asked about, not guesses. If there's something specific you want to see, email us at support@resetkit.dev.
